RESOLUTION NO. 355
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING HARSTAD AND ASSOCIATES
AS ENGINEERS ON THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSISTING OF
STORM DRAINAGE, CURBS, GUTTERS, SIDEWALKS,
UTILITY CORRIDORS, STREET
DEVELOPMENT AND SURFACING TO BE DESIGNATED AS
LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 22.
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Tukwila, Wash-
ington, finds that a full time city engineer is unnecessary and
therefore, in accordance with RCW 35.24.020 the City is author-
ized in lieu of such appointment by Resolution to providefor the
performance of necessary engineering services on a part -time,
temporary or periodic basis, and
WHEREAS, It is necessary that the City secure engineering
services in connection with improvements consisting of storm drain-
age, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, utility corridors, sanitary soworr.,
and street development and surfacing to he designated L.I.D. 22,
and

WHEREAS, Harstad and Associates is a qualified engineer-
NOW, THEREFORE, TIIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That the firm of IIarstad and Associates be designated
as project engineer for the improvement consisting of storm
drainage, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, utility corridors, sanitary
3cwcrs and street development and surfacing referred to as
L.I.D. 22 within the City of Tukwila, and pursuant to this
designation the City of Tukwila and the firm of IIarstad and
Associates may enter into a contract to provide such engineering
services.

MAYOR This 2nd day of July, 1973.
