RESOLUTION NO. 356
WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING YOSHIDA, INC., AS
ENGINEERS ON THE McMICKEN HEIGHTS AREA
SEWAGE SYSTEM.
WHEREAS The City Council of the City of Tukwila,
Washington, finds that a full time city engineer is unnecessary
and therefore in accordance with RCW 35.24.020 the City is
authorized in lieu of such appointment by resolution to provide
for the performance of necessary engineering services on a
part time, temporary or period basis, and
WHEREAS It is necessary that the City secure engin-
eering services in connection with the McMicken heights area
sewer project and
WHEREAS Yoshida, Inc., is a qualified engineering firm,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIIE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASIIINGTON, RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That the firm of Yoshida, Inc., be designated as project
engineers for the McMicken Heights area sewer project for develop-
ment of a sewage collection and disposal system in the McMicken
heights area and pursuant to this designation the City of Tukwila
and the firm of Yoshida, Inc., may enter into a contract to pro-
vide such engineering services.

this 2nd day of July, 1973.
