RESOLUTION NO. 360
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DECLARING ITS INTENTION
TO IMPROVE A PART OF THE CITY BY CONSTRUCTING
SANITARY SEWERS, COMPLETE WITH NECESSARY MAINS,
MANHOLES, SIDE SEWERS AND APPURTENANCES AND TO
CREATE A LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO ASSESS
TIIE COST AND EXPENSE OF CARRYING OUT SUCH
IMPROVEMENT AGAINST THE PROPERTY SPECIALLY
BENEFITTED THEREBY AND NOTIFYING ALL PERSONS
WHO DESIRE TO OBJECT TO THE PROJECT TO APPEAR
AND PRESENT THEIR OBJECTIONS AT A MEETING OF
THE CITY COUNCIL TO BE HELD ON AUGUST 20, 1973.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 It is the intention of the City Council of the
City of Tukwila, Washington, to order the improvement of property
within the City of Tukwila, Washington, described in Exhibit A
attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof by the
improvement described in Exhibit B attached hereto and by this
reference made a part hereof.
Section 2. The total estimated costs and expense of the
improvement is declared to be 9 toPu. The cost and
expense of the improvement shall be borne by and assessed against
the property specially benefitted by such improvement, to be in-
cluded in a local improvement district to be established embracing
as near as may be all property specially benefitted by such
improvement.
Section 3. All persons who desire to object to the
improvement herein described are hereby notified to appear and
present such objections at a meeting to be held in the council
chambers in the City Hall, Tukwila, Washington, at 8:00 P.M.,

Pacific Daylight Time, on August 20, 1973, which time and place
are hereby fixed for hearing all objections relating to the proposed
improvement and all objections thereto and for determining the
method of payment for that improvement.
Section 4. Yoshida, Inc., Consulting Engineers, are
hereby authorized to proceed with engineering work required to
prepare the preliminary assessment roll and to make mailings to
property owners and are hereby directed to submit to the City Council
on or prior to August 20, 1973, all data and information required by
law to be submitted.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION WAS ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TUICWILA, WASHINGTON, And approved by the Mayor at a
regular meeting thereof this 16th day of July, 1973.
