RESOLUTION NO. 367
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING WILSEY AND HAM AS
ENGINEERS ON THE WATERLINE AND SEWER IM-
PROVEMENTS DESIGNATED AS PROPOSED L.I.D.
24.
WHEREAS The City Council of the City of Tukwila, Washington,
finds that a full time City Engineer is unnecessary and therefore
in accordance with RCW 35.24.020, the City is authorized in lieu
of such appointment by resolution to provide for the performance
of necessary engineering services on a part -time, temporary or
periodic basis and
WHEREAS It is necessary that the City secure engineering
services in connection with the waterline and sewer improvements
designated as proposed L.I.D. No. 24, and
WHEREAS, Wilsey and Ham is a qualified engineering firm,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That the firm of Wilsey and Ham be designated as project
engineers for the waterline and sewer installations designed as
proposed L.I.D. No. 24, to provide water service and sewers for
property owned by J. David Jensen, Elling Halvorson and Frank Lindell
consisting of Tracts 15, 16 and 17 and a portion of Tract 14 of
Fostoria Garden Tracts, as recorded in Vol. 9, p. 95, Records of
Plats, King County, Washington, situated within the City of Tukwila,
Washington, and pursuant to this designation the City of Tukwila
and the firm of Wilsey and Ham may enter into a contract to provide
such engineering services.
