RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO FILL
THE POSITION OF FIREFIGHTER, UTILIZING
FUNDS ALLOCATED BY PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT
PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, The King County Public Employment Program
has allocated $10,200 under Section 6, Public Employment
Program, for utilization by the City of Tukwila to retain
oneuFirefighter, with funds to commence on October 1,
1973 and terminate on March 31, 1974,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to
fill the position of Firefighter to provide necessary
fire suppression, and to utilize for such purposed the
$10,200 allocated by the Public Employment Program for such
purpose.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, and approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting
thereof held on September 10, 1973.
