RESOLUTION NO 375
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING PHILIP M. BOTCH
ASSOCIATES AS ENGINEERS TO CONDUCT A COMPRE-
HENSIVE STORM DRAINAGE PLAN REVIEW FOR THE
CITY OF TUKWILA WITHIN THE AREA SOUTH OF
MINKLER BOULEVARD AND WEST OF ANDOVER PARK
EAST.
WHEREAS The City Council of the City of Tukwila, Washington,
finds that a full time City Engineer is unnecessary and therefore in
accordance with RCW .35.24.020 the City is authorized in lieu of such
appointment by resolution to provide for the performance of necessary
engineering services on a part time, temporary or periodic basis, and
WHEREAS It is necessary that the City secure engineering
services in connection with revision of its comprehensive storm
drainage plan, and
WHEREAS, Philip M. Botch Associates is a qualified
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That the firm of Philip M. Botch Associates be desig-
nated as engineers to conduct a comprehensive storm drainage plan
review for the City of Tukwila South of Minkler Boulevard and West of
Andover Park East, and pursuant to this designation the City of
Tukwila and the firm of Philip M. Botch Associates may enter into
a contract to provide such engineering services not to exceed $1000.00.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR
