At Ordinance providing for the improvement by laying side-
walk, on the East side of Riverside Avenue from the North side
'of Lot 4, Blook 8, to its •intersection with Highland Drive, and
and on the North side of Highland Drive from its intersection
with Riverside Avenue to its intersection with Main Street.
Be it Ordained by the Town Council of the Town of
That the East side -of Riverside Avenue, between the North
side of_Lot Four (4), Block eight (8), and theintersec-
tion of said Riverside Avenue with Highland Drive; and
the North side of Highland Drive, from its intersection
with Riverside Avenue to its intersection with Main Street
in the Town of Tlfikwila, shall be improved by the laying
of a sidewalk thereon, in accordance with Ordinance No. 5
of the Town of Tukwila.
Section 2.
That there is hereby established a local improvement dis-
trict, which shall be designated as "Local Improvement
District No. 4 which said district is described as folr
lows, to -wit:

The property included in the said local improvement dis-
;trict and none other, shall be deemed to bed and shall be,
the property specially benefitted by the said improve-
ment, and the total cost and expenses of the improvement
herein ordered, including all necessary incidental expens-
es, shall be defrayed by the collection of a special assese
ment upon the immediate payment plan, against the property
included in said Local Improvement District.
Section 3,
:Provided that nothing:contained herein shall be construed
as prohibiting the abutting property owner from doing this
:work himself, under the restrictionv of Ordinance No.5,
and the supervision of the regularly appointed officer
or committee in charge of the building of sidewalks.
Sectiot 4.
