RESOLUTION 380
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A LENDIUG
INSTITUTION FOR INTERIM FINANCING ON
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHTNGToN,
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That Peoples National Bank
be and it is hereby designated as the lending agency for interim
financing on the L.I.D. #22.
from which the City shall be authorized to borrow for interim fin-
aacing the maximum sum of 330,000.00 at an interc2st rate
of 4.625 per annum.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Of the City of Tukwila,
Washington, and approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting thereof
this 15 th day of October, 1973.
