RESOLUTION No 401
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING WILSEY HAM, INC.,
AS ENGINEERS ON THE WATER, SEWER AND
STREET IMPROVEMENTS DESIGNATED AS PRO-
POSED L.I.D. NO. 25.
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Tukwila,
Washington, finds that a full time City Engineer is unnecessary
and therefore in accordance with RCW 35.24.020, the City is
authorized in lieu of such appointment by Resolution to pro-
vide for the performance of necessary engineering services on
a part -time, temporary or periodic basis, and
WHEREAS, It is necessary that the City secure engin-
eering services in connection with the water, sewer and street
improvements designated as "Proposed L.I.D. No. 25" and
WHEREAS, Wilsey Ham, Inc., is a qualified engineer-
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That the firm of Wilsey Ham, Inc., be designated
as Project Engineers for the water, sewer and street improvements
designated as "Proposed L.I.D. No. 25" to provide water and sewer
service and street improvements for property consisting of
Government Lots 1 and 2, Section 23; and Government Lots 1 and 5,
Section 24, of Township 23 North, Range 4, E.W.M., Tract 36
Second Supplement Map of Renton Shorelands, and Lots 4 to 9 and
12 to 17 of Gundaker's Interurban Addition to Seattle, as per
plat recorded in Vol. 14 of Plats, page 46, Records of King
County, situated within the City of Tukwila, Washington, and
pursuant to this designation the City of Tukwila and the firm
of Wilsey Ham, Inc., may enter into a contract to provide such
engineering services.

Washington, and approved by the Mayor, this 12th day of
November, 1973.
