WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO. 414
RESOLUTION REGARDING SALE OF WATER TO
WATER DISTRICT NO. 75.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That Mayor Frank Todd be and he is hereby authorized
to enter into an agreement with Water District No. 75 to sell
water from the Tukwila City water supply to Water District 75
on the same basis as the City of Tukwila purchases water from
Water District No. 75.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, And approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting
thereof this 4th day of March 1974.
