RESOLUTION NO 419
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING WILSEY HAM AS
ENGINEERS TO PREPARE ENVIRONMENTAL
ASSESSMENTS FOR THE CITY.
WHEREAS The City Council finds that the appointment of
a full time City Engineer is unnecessary and in accordance with
RCW 35.24.020 has, in lieu of such appointment, provided for
the performance of necessary engineering services on a part -time,
temporary or periodic basis, and
WHEREAS It is necessary that an engineer be appointed
to prepare Environmental Assessments in connection with the
proposed Shoreline Management Program,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, Resolve as follows:
That the firm of Wilsey Ham be employed to prepare
Environmental Assessments in connection with adoption of the
Proposed Shoreline Management Program and, subject to approval
by the City Council as to its terms, the City be and it is hereby
authorized through the Mayor and the Planning Department to enter
into a contract for such purposes with Wilsey Ham.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL And approved by the Mayor
at a regular meeting thereof this 1st day of April, 1974.
