RESOLUTION NO. 423
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A LENDING
INSTITUTION FOR INTERIM FINANCING ON
LID 24.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That Seattle First National Bank
be and it is hereby designated as the lending agency for interim
financing on the LID 24 project
from which the City shall be authorized to borrow for interim fin-
ancing the maximum sum of 212,000.00 at an interest rate
of 5. per annum.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Of the City of Tukwila,
Washington, and approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting thereof
this 15th d of April, 1974.
