THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: That Seattle First National Bank be and it is hereby designated as the lending agency for interim financing on the LID 25 project from which the City shall be authorized to borrow for interim fin- ancing the maximum sum of 198,000.00 at an interest rate of 5.2 per annum.
