RESOLUTION NO. 425
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING T.O.P.I.C.S. REPORT
PREPARED BY STEVENS, THOMPSON RUNYAN
WHEREAS, By agreement dated March 23, 1972, the
firm of Stevens, Thompson Runyan contracted to prepare a
T.O.P.I.C.S. (Traffic Operations Program to Increase Capacity
and Safety) report as authorized by Resolution of the City Coundil,
and
WHEREAS, Said report has been completed and copies
submitted to members of the City Council, and
WHEREAS, The Public Works Director has indicated his
acceptance of the report,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That the T.O.P.I.C.S. report prepared by Stevens,
Thompson Runyan, pursuant to contract dated March 23, 1972,
be and the same is hereby accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, And approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting
thereof this 15th day of April, 1974.
