RESOLUTION NO. 426
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
"DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT"
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
RESOLVE AS'FOLLOWS:
That on behalf of the City of Tukwila, the Mayor and
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute that
certain document designated "Developer's Agreement" between
the City of Tukwila and G. John Doces and Sophia Doces, his
wife, and Lincoln Property Company.
The Mayor and City Clerk, on behalf of the City of
Tukwila are hereby also authorized to execute the addendum to
the Developer's Agreement.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, And approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting
thereof this 16th day of April, 1974.
