RESOLUTION NO. 429
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO GRANT
AN EASEMENT TO THE VAL VUE SEWER DISTRICT
FOR INSTALLATION OF SEWER LINES WITHIN THE
PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY IN AN AREA OF THE CITY
OF TUKWILA.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That Frank Todd, Mayor, be and he is hereby author-
ized to grant an easement to the Val Vue Sewer District for the
installation of sewer lines within the public right of way of
the City of Tukwila for the installation by Val Vue Sewer
District of sewer lines as follows:
A 10' easement 5' on either side of the
center line of 51st Avenue South from the
center line of South 166th Street to a:.point
460' North of the center line of South 166th
Street for installation of an 8" sewer line.
A 10' wide easement 5' on either side of the
center line of 160th Street from the center-
line of 51st Ave. South to the center line of
48th Ave. South, for 8" sewer line.
A 10' wide easement 5' on either side of the
center line of 51st Ave. South from 5' South
of the center line of 164th Street to 5' North
of the center line of 160th Street for 8"
sewer line.
A 10' wide easement 5' on either side of the
center line of S. 161st Street from the
center line of 51st Ave. South to a point 30'
West of the center line of 51st Ave. South for
8" sewer line.
A 10' wide easement 5' on either side of the
center line of 164th St. from the center line
of 51st Avenue South to a point 30' West of
the center line of 51st Ave. South for 8"
sewer :Line.
A 10' wide easement 5' on either side of a line
parallel to and 12' West of the center line of
54th Ave. South from the center line of S. 166th
Street to the center line of Slade Way for 10"
sewer :Line.

A 10' wide easement 5' on either side of the
center line of S. 166th Street from the center
line of 54th Ave. South to the center line of
53rd Ave. South for 10" sewer line.
A 10' wide easement 5' on either side of a line
parallel to and 20' East of the center line of
53rd Ave. South from the center line of S. 166th
Street to a point 280' South of the center line
of S. 170th Street for an 8" cast iron force
main.
A 5' wide easement on the North side of the
center line of S. 168th Street from the center
line of 53rd Ave. South, West to the Tukwila
City Limits for an 8" sewer line.
A 5' wide easement on the East side of the
center line of 53rd Ave. South from 5' North
of the center line of S. 168th Street South to
the right of way of State Road 5, for an 8"
cast iron force main.
A 30' wide easement 15' on either side of a
line beginning at a point 270' South of the
intersection of S. 170th Street and 53rd Ave.
South on the center line of 53rd Ave. South;
thence North 90° East 30' to the East right
of -way of 53rd Ave. South for 8" cast iron
force :main.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, And approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting
thereof this 6th day of May, 1974.
