RESOLUTION NO 430
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO MAKE
APPLICATION TO QUALIFY PROPERTY OWNERS
OF TIIE CITY OF TUKWILA FOR FEDERALLY
SUBSIDIZED FLOOD INSURANCE UNDER THE
NATIONAL FLOOD INSURANCE PROGRAM.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That Frank Todd, Mayor, be and he is hereby author-
ized to make application on behalf of the City of Tukwila to
the Federal Insurance Administration of the United States Depart-
ment of Housing and Urban Development to qualify the City under
the National Flood Insurance Program so that property owners
within the City of Tukwila will be eligible for federally subsi-
dized flood insurance under the National Flood Insurance Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, And approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting
thereof this 13th day of May 1974.
