RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE:TERMS OF THE LABOR
CONTRACT AGHE,EM.ENT NEGOTIATED WITH
4ArTHE UNICORPORATED SOCIETY OF TUKWILA MUNICIPAL
EMPLOYEES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DO RESOLVE AS FCLLOWS:
That the terms of the labor contract agreement negotiated
with 4iatammiampoloomme the Unicorporated Society of Tukwila Municipal Employees,
covering the period from July 1, 1974 to December 31, 1911, are hereby
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute said document on behalf of
the City of Tukwila.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, And approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting thereof this
17th day of June, 1974.

AGREEMENT
Whereas the City of Tukwila, hereinafter referred
to as the "employer and the members of the Unincorporated
Society of Tukwila Municipal Employees, hereinafter referred
to as the "employee have completed negotiations;
Therefore, the parties hereinabove named agree to
the following stipulations:
1. Medical Coverage--The employer shall furnish fifty (50)
percent of the total premium cost for all employees dependents
in addition to one hundred (100) percent of the premium cost
for all employees.
2. Dental Coverage -The employer shall furnish all premium
costs for all employees and employees d pendents.

3. Life Insurance- -The employe' shall furnish sixty (60)
percent of the premium cost for all employees.
4.. Cost of Living Raise -A11 employees shall receive a
salary increase in the amount of fifty (50) dollars per month.
5. This agreement shall take effect on 1 July 1974 and
expire on 31 December 1974, at which time a new agreement
shall be entered into by the parties named hereinabove.
