C RESOLUTION NO. 442
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ANNEXATION PETITION FROM
THE RESIDENTS OF THE DUWAMISH ALLENTOWN AREA
OF KING COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT NO. 1
WHEREAS, Annexation petition was received by the
City Clerk of the City of Tukwila on June 17, 1974 requesting
the City of Tukwila 1:o call an election for annexation of the
Duwamish Allentown area of King County Fire District No. 1,
now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS:
That the annexation petition filed with the City
Clerk of the City of Tukwila on June 17, 1974 be and the same
is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is directed to notify
the petitioners of acceptance by publication in the Highline
Times as required by R.C.W. 35.13.040.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, And approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting thereof
this 1st day of July, 1974.
