RESOLUTION NO 445
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER
INTO CONTRACTS WITH KING COUNTY UNDER THE
PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM AND WITH THE
EMPLOYMENT SECURITY DEPARTMENT UNDER THE
WORK INCENTIVE PROGRAM TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL
PERSONNEL FOR THE CITY DURING THE CONTRACT
PERIOD FROM AUGUST 1, 1974, THROUGH
JUNE 30, 1975.
WHEREAS,, The City of Tukwila is eligible to hire addi-
tional employees under the Public Employment Program and under
the Work Incentive Program for the period of August 1, 1974,
through June 30, 1975,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That Frank Todd, Mayor, be and he is hereby authorized
to contract with King County for City employees under the Public
Employment Program and to contract with the State of Washington
Employment Security Department under the Work Incentive Program
for City employees, for the period from August 1, 1974, through
June 30, 1975.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, And approved by the Mayor, at a regular meeting
thereof this 5th day of August, 1974.
