RESOLUTION NO. 449
RESOLUTION PERMITTING THE FIRE CHIEF OF THE
CITY OF TUKWILA, AS HEAD OF THE MARINE SAFETY
DIVISION TO SECURE EQUIPMENT NECESSARY FOR THE
OPERATION OF THE MARINE DIVISION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
resolve as follows:
That the City of Tukwila Fire Department be authorized
to secure equipment necessary for protection of Safety and Welfare,

rclatiot to the Marine Division. That the Fire Department will
secure such equipment within established funds and in compliance
with Washington State Law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND approved by the Mayor
this 3rd day of September, 1974.
