RESOLUTION NO. 451
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A WATER SUPPLY
AGREEMENT WITH MARIO A. SEGALE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
Resolve as follows:
That the Mayor and the City Clerk on behalf of the
City of Tukwila, Washington, be and are hereby authorized to
execute the attached agreement regarding temporary water supply
to real property owned by Mario A. Segale.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND approved by the Mayor
this 23rd day of September, 1974.

THIS AGiflP{ NT made and entered into this day between the City
of Tukwila and Mario A. Segale, (as his individual estate),
W IT NESS ETH:
WHEREAS, Segale has on August 7, 1974, executed an agreement with
Water District No. 75 to provide water service to property owned by Segale,
known as "Segale Business Park which said agreement is contingent upon
obtaining funding from the Economic Development Administration, and
WHEREAS, Segale desires to be assured of water service in the
event the contingency is not met,
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:
1. In the event the Economic Development Administration funding
is not available to complete the District 75 water system as shown on
Exhibit B2 attached hereto, by June 30, 1975, then and in that event
temporary water service shall be provided as herein set forth.
2. The temporary 8 inch water main extending from the City
of Tukwila 10 inch main on South 180th Street and running South along
Andover Park West to the existing 12 inch main located in Andover Park
West and extending approximately 1200 feet South, shall be replaced with
a 12 inch permanent main.
3. The South end of the existing 12 inch main in Andover Park
West shall be connected by a temporary 8 inch main to the Water District
75 main at South 184th Street in Southcenter Parkway.
4. All the above construction shall be in accordance with City
standards and shall be approved by Water District 75 and the City of
Tukwila and shall be at the sole expense of Mario Segale.
5. All construction shall be completed not later than June
30, 1975-
6. Segale shall post a performance bond in a form approved
by the City of Tukwila in an amount equal to 100% of the construction
cost as estimated by the Public Works Director of the City of Tukwila.
