Project Description: This application is for a conditional use permit to locate the church of the Vietnamese
Martyrs into an existing warehouse and manufacturing facility in the Tukwila Urban Center Zone. There are
no exterior alterations except for the proposed addition of a fence.
Comments and Appeals: Your written comments on the project are requested and can be delivered to
DCD, 6300 Southcenter Blvd., Suite 100, Tukwila WA 98188 or via email to
Courtney .Johnson(a,TukwilaWA.gov. Comments must be received on or before April 23, 2013 at 5:OOpm.
This project is also scheduled for a public hearing on May 8, 2013. You may also submit your comments at the
public hearing, before the Hearing Examiner. The hearing will be held at the Tukwila Department of Community
Development (DCD), 6300 Southcenter Boulevard, Ste 100, Tukwila WA 98188. You may request a copy of any
