RESOLUTION NO. 452
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF TUKWILA AND THE STATE OF WASHINGTON
DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS TO PROVIDE STREET
IMPROVEMENTS ON TUKWILA PARKWAY AND AUTHOR-
IZING THE MAYOR ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF
TUKWILA TO EXECUTE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, State and Federal funds are available to
provide needed traffic improvements consisting of channelization
and traffic control devises on Tukwila Parkway, which requires
agreement between the City of Tukwila and the State of Washington
Department of Highways,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That Frank Todd, Mayor, be and he is hereby authorized
to enter into an agreement on behalf of the City of Tukwila with
the State of Washington Department of Highways to obtain funds to
pay the cost of channelization and traffic control devices on
Tukwila Parkway.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, And approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting thereof
this 18th day of November 1974.
