Project Description: The proposal is to locate a church in an existing multi- tenant office and retail building. No exterior changes
are proposed at this time.
Comments and Appeals: The application is available for review at the City of Tukwila, Department of Community
Development (DCD), located at 6300 Southcenter Blvd 4100, Tukwila WA 98188. Your written comments on the project are
requested and can be delivered to DCD, 6300 Southcenter Blvd., Suite 100, Tukwila WA 98188 or via email to
Courtney.Johnson @TukwilaWA.gov. Comments must be received on or before April 24, 2013 at 5:OOpm.
This project is also scheduled for a public hearing on May 8, 2013. You may also submit your comments at the public
hearing, before the Hearing Examiner. The hearing will be held at the Tukwila Department of Community
Development (DCD), 6300 Southcenter Boulevard, Ste 100, Tukwila WA 98188. You may request a copy of any
