SPONSOR'S This contract is for final design of the E Marginal Way South Emergency Storm Pipe Repair
SUMMARY 11-19-12. The original design contract with KPG was to investigate the emergency
sinkhole and determine the conditions of the pipe. The final design contract will include
extensive potholing and conduct geotechnical evaluations. The emergency repair is
unbudgeted and 4 different CIP projects will fund the EMWS Emergency Repair. Council is
being asked to approve the design supplement with KPG in the amount of $138,049.94.
