RESOLUTION NO 459
RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH TOUR,OF DUTY FOR PERSONNEL
IN THE City Treasurer's Department IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE "FAIR LABOR STANDARDS ACT AS AMENDED 1974"
EFFECTIVE MAY 1, 1974 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. That the City of Tukwila establishes the tour of

duty for the JAW .('I�:X.O% J`inYlf as follows:
a. That effective January 1, 1975 that the tour of
duty shall consist of 240 hours in a work period of 28 days.
b. That effective January 1, 1976 that a tour of
duty shall consist of 232 hours in a work period of 28 days.
c. That effective January 1, 1977 that the tour of
duty shall consist of 216 hours in a work period of 28 days.
SECTION 2. The City Council finds that an emergency exists with
regards to the passage of this resolution and that it should be
passed immediately.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL and approved by the Mayor this 19th
day of December, 1974.
