SPONSOR'S On 4/8/13 staff presented a status update on the Briscoe - Desimone levee. On 4/16 a
SUMMARY Council subcommitee met with staff for a more detailed update and to determine the next
steps for Council involvement. At this time, the Council is being asked to approve a motion
in support of the levee repair project.
