CITY OF TUKWILA
WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION ;7 ESTABLISH TOUR OF DUTY FOR PERSONNEL
IN THE Street Department IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE "FAIR LABOR ANDARDS ACT AS AMENDED 1974"
EFFECTIVE MAY 1, 1974 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. That the City of Tukwila establishes the tour of
duty for the ,i/,/ /2 jy, 77v z as follows:
a. That effective January 1,
duty shall consist of 240 hours in a work
b. That effective January 1,
duty shall consist of 232 hours in a work
c. That effective January 1,
duty shall consist of 216 hours in a work

SECTION 2. The City Council finds that an emergency exists with
regards to the passage of this resolution and that it should be
passed ediately.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL and approved by the Mayor this 19th
day of December, 1974.
