FOLLOWS:
That Frank Coluccio Construction Company located at 9600
Empire Way South, Seattle, Washington, be awarded the Contract for
Construction of Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS)
Project Number 277308089 all in accordance with the Contract Documents
as approved by DSHS on 5 August 1974 and subject to approval of DSHS.

And approved by the Mayor, at a regular meeting thereof this 20th day of
