RESOLUTION NO. 476
RESOLUTION AWARDING CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT
TO BURNHAM CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR
IMPROVEMENTS UNDER L.I.D. NO. 25.
WHEREAS, An advertisement for bids was published in the
legal newspaper o:E the City of Tukwila and bids received were
opened on Monday, January 27, 1975, at 7:30 P.M., to construct
street improvements, water system, sanitary sewers and land-
scaping for Local Improvement District No. 25, in accordance
with Ordinance No. 837, and
WHEREAS, Burnham Construction Company has submitted a
bid for $254,839.:L5, and
WHEREAS, The Public Works Director of the City of
Tukwila has recommended acceptance of this bid as the lowest and
best bid received,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, Resolve that the construction bid of Burnham
Construction Company for construction of street improvements,
water system, sanitary sewers and landscaping in Local Improvement
District No. 25, be accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
