RESOLUTION NO. 482
RESOLUTION IN MEMORY OF EARLE PARKER, FORMER CITY
OF TUKWILA POLICE CHIEF.
WHEREAS, Earle Parker, a former Police Chief of the City of
Tukwila has been called by death; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Parker was a,nood citizen of the City and served
faithfully as the Police Chief and employee of the City from
1955 to 1964; and
WHEREAS, the citizens of Tukwila feel his death a personal
loss;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON That the City hereby expresses profound
grief and sorrow, and to his family and many friends we extend
our sincere sympathy.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this Resolution shall be placed
among the records of the City of Tukwila and that a copy thereof
shall be forwarded to the family.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON
and signed by the Mayor and Council Members this 5th day
of May 1975
