RESOLUTION NO. 484
A RESOLUTION designating
Cabot Dow Associates as
Negotiator for the City of
Tukwila relating to Union
Contracts to be negotiated
during 1975.
WHEREAS, there are contracts to be negotiated between the City of
Tukwila and employee labor unions during the year 1975; and,
WHEREAS, the Council determines that it is in the best public
interest and that of the City to retain an experienced person in this
field to represent the City in these negotiations;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA:
1. That Cabot Dow Associates be designated as the representative
of the City of Tukwila to negotiate labor contracts on behalf of the City
during the year 1975.
2. That Cabot Dow Associates shall meet with the Council, or its
designated representative, to discuss management offers; provided the Chief
Executive Officer of the City, through the Council, shall have the
opportunity to have imput during study sessions regarding labor negotiation
matters.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
during a regular meeting thereof, this 5th day of May 1975
