REPEALED BY 39
An ordinance fixing the time of holding regular meetings of
the Town Council of the Town of Tukwila and providing for the calling
of special meetings of such Town Council.
Be it ordained by the Council of the Town of Tukwila:
Section 1 That regular meetings of the Council of the
Town of Tukwila shall be held on the second Tuesday of each month
but should any such Tuesday fall upon a legal holiday the time of
such meeting shall be on the Wednesday following.
Section 2 Special meetings of the Council of the Town of
Tukwila shall be held at such times as the business of the Town may
require and in such case the Mayor or three Councilmembers may call such
special meetings
by written notice delivered to each member at least three hours before
the time specified for such proposed meeting.
Section 3 This ordinance shall take effect from and
after five days from the date of its publication.
Passed the Town Council this 29th day of June 1908 and
signed by me in open session in authentication of its passage this
29th day of June 1908
