NO. 13, OWNED BY MARIO SEGALE. WHEREAS, Certain property in L.I.D. No. 13, which had been specially assessed for local improvements at a time when it was owned by Mario Segale is now being divided for the purpose of mortgaging a portion thereof; and WHEREAS, Under the provisions of RCW 35.44.410, the City Council has the power to order a segregation of the assessment WHEREAS, The property was originally assessed in L.I.D. No. 13 in the total amount of $28,070.63, and WHEREAS, The property has been divided for the purpose of mortgaging a portion thereof, and an L.I.D. Segregation Certificate has been prepared by Robert J. Hawkins, Professional Engineer, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and WHEREAS, Said L.I.D. Segregation Certificate contains the original description and a new description of each of the two portions of the original property, and indicates that the amount of the assessment will be divided with the principal portion of the property paying the sum of $27,322.93, and the lesser portion of the property paying the sum of $747.70, and that the sum of $747.70 will be an assessment against property described on pages 1 and 2 of said L.I.D. Segregation Certificate under the heading "New Descriptions," and that the sum of $27,322.93 will be an assessment against property described on page 3 of said L.I.D. Segregation Certificate, under the heading "New Description," NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: That the City Treasurer of the City of Tukwila be and she is hereby directed to make the segregation contained in the L.I.D. Segregation Certificate consisting of three pages prepared by Robert J. Hawkins, dated May 14, 1975, said segre- gation to be entered upon the original assessment rolls.
