Dear Gary:
Following the U.S.T.M.E. meeting of June 11, 1975, we have
carefully considered our action in signing the petition
under cover of your letter to Council President Traynor
dated June 27, 1975. It is our desire at this time to
withdraw our signatures from the petition.
We support the efforts of U.S.T.M.E. to gain recognition
by the City Council but feel we may wish to pursue some
other action.
Very truly yours,

Ladies and gentlemen:
With regard to Resolution 488, recognizing U.S.T.M.E. as a
bargaining agent for non -union employees of the City, I question
the affect this Resolution will have as to benefits it will
provide to employees on the basis of fair treatment and so forth.
I cannot sign the Resolution due to the questions I have at this
time.
Very truly yours,
Frank Todd
