The bioswale is not draining properly. Specifically: TMC 18.52.030(D)Plant material requirements Healthy trees within the required landscape area may not be removed. It appears that up to 11 trees may have been cut down. Specifically: TMC 18.52.050(B)Landscape Plan Requirements Front yard landscaping is required to be maintained for the life of the project. JANUARY 7,2012:Contact the City of Tukwila Planning Dept.to develop a landscape plan that meets code requirements while allowing greater visibility into and through the bioswale. Replanting should occur AFTER the bioswale issues have been resolved.
