WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 492
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE
OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA TO ENTER INTO AN
AGREEMENT WITH KING COUNTY TO PROVIDE FOR
LEGAL DEFENSE SERVICES IN MUNICIPAL COURT
PROCEEDINGS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA RESOLVE AS
That the Mayor, as chief executive of the City of
Tukwila, be and he is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of
the City of Tukwila an agreement with King County to provide for
the legal defense of indigent persons charged with violating the
criminal ordinances of the City of Tukwila, a copy of said
agreement being attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, At a regular meeting thereof this 2nd day of September 1975
