AX Ordinance Adopting and Describlnr a Corporate Seal fear the
T0WA.-'of Tukwila.
-Be it orddlaed by the Council of the Town of Tukwila.
Section 1, That a•corporate seal for the Town of Tukwila
shad be sdoi,ted, and is described as follows One and five— eights
:inches in diameter, the impre. >sion of which shall be a c1ns of three
hazel nuts, in the husk, in the center, and an inscription aro-.-md the
_outer edge, having the words:_ "Seal of Tuk:vila, Washington, 1903 the
same to be used as the official city seal of the Town of Tukwila.
Section 2. This ordinance shall tal=e; effect fro« and afte/L-
rive (5) days froui the date of its publication.

The return, of the election held in the territory
known as Tukwlla,for the purpose of determining the advisability of
incorporating same into a town of the"fourth CLASS",having been filed
with the foard,and it appearing to the `Board that said election has
been held pursuant to call duly remade and posted as required by :i w,and
that all the proceedings had thereunder have been regular and in accor-
dance with the law governing said matter;
And the Board having proceeded to canvas said returns on this
lith. day of June,1908 said day being the next regular meeting day of
said Board after tho eloction, find. as follows:

ing but one ticket in the field;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED ANI) DECREED that said territory embraced within

corporated into a town of the FOURTH CLASS under the name and style of
"Tukwila" and that said ticket as above set fthrth be aeclared the duly
