FOLLOWS:
That the Chief Executive Officer and the City Clerk
be and are hereby authorized to execute an agreement on behalf
of the City of Tukwila with the following firefighting agencies:
WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 501
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE MUTUAL FIREFIGHTING
AID AGREEMENTS WITH KING COUNTY FIRE DISTRICTS NO.
2, NO. 11, NO. 23 AND WITH THE CITY OF RENTON.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA RESOLVE AS
Section 1. King County Fire District No.
and attached as Exhibit A;
Section 2. King County Fire District No.
and attached as Exhibit B;
Section 3. King County Fire District No.
and attached as Exhibit C;
Section 4. City of Renton, designated and attached as
Exhibit D.
