RESOLUTION NO 512
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA
WITH PACIFIC NORTHWEST BELL FOR UNDERGROUNDING OF
FACILITIES AS PER THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND ESTABLISHED
TARIFFS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That the Chief Executive Officer be and he is hereby authorized to
execute on behalf of the City of Tukwila an agreement with Pacific
Northwest Bell Telephone Company for undergrounding of facilities
as per the Comprehensive Plan and established tariffs. That a
copy of said agreement is attached hereto and incorporated herein
by reference.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
and approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting thereof this 17th day of February 1976
