RESOLUTION NO. 513
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA
WITH PUGET SOUND POWER LIGHT COMPANY FOR UNDERGROUNDING
OF FACILITIES AS PER THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND ESTABLISHED
TARIFFS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That the Chief Executive Officer be and he is hereby authorized
to execute on behalf of the City of Tukwila an agreement with Puget
Sound Power Light Company for undergrounding of facilities as
per the Comprehensive Plan and established tariffs. That a copy
of said agreement is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
and approved by the Mayor at a regular meeting thereof 17th day of February 1976
