RESOLUTION NO 517
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR
TO NEGOTIATE AN AGREEMENT WITH
TELEPROMPTER CORPORATION
FOR UNDERGROUNDING ITS FACILITIES
WHEREAS, the undergrounding of power and communica-
tion transmission lines has been found to be in the best interest
of the residents of the City of Tukwila; and
WHEREAS, TelePrompter Corporation is desirous of
cooperating with the City and to abide by all applicable laws
and regulations,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Tukwila, Washington does resolve as follows:
The Mayor of the City of Tukwila is
authorized to negotiate an agreement with
TelePrompter Corporation to provide for the
undergrounding of all facilities of said company
within the city limits.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, At a regular meeting thereof this 1st day of March 1976
