of Tukwila for these past four years, giving his time and
effort for the improvement of the City; and
WHEREAS those years during which Mayor Todd has
served the City have marked the growth and prosperity of
Tukwila and its people in every respect; and
WHEREAS those years during which Mayor Todd has
proven himself as a tireless and devoted leader recognized
by civic leaders throughout the area;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Frank Todd be
commended for his outstanding contribution to the good government
of the City of Tukwila.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASI-IINGTON, at a regular meeting thereof this 5th day of April 1976
