NO 24, OWNED BY WARREN NEUROTH, A PORTION OF WICH WAS TRANSFERRED TO F.R. LINDELL AND ASSOCIATES WHEREAS, Certain property in L.I.D. No. 24, which had been specially assessed for local improvements at a time when it was totally owned by Warren Neuroth, has now been partially transferred to F.R. Lindell and Associates, and WHEREAS, Under the provisions of RCW 35.44.410 the City Council has the power to order a segregation of the assessment, and WHEREAS, The property was originally assessed on January 19, 1976, in the amount of 45,731.23, for Parcel 15 and 5,230.88 for Parcel. 16, and WHEREAS, The property has been divided by sale and an L.I.D. Segregation Certificate has been prepared by Steven M. Hall, professional engineer, a copy of which is attached hereto and in— corporated herein by reference, and WHEREAS, Said L.I.D. Segregation Certificate contains the original description and a new description of each of the two portions of the original properties, and indicates that the amount of the assessment will be divided with the Warren Neuroth portion of Parcel 15 paying the sum of 28,616.59, and the F.R. Lindell and Associates portion of Parcel 15 paying the sum of 17,114.64, and that the sum of 17,114.64 will be an assessment against Parcel 15 described on pages 2 of 6 of L.I.D. Segregation Certificate under the heading "New Descriptions," and that the sum of 28,616.59 will be an assessment against Parcel 15 described on page 1 of 6 of said L.I.D. Segregation Certificate, under the heading "New Description," Also the Warren Neuroth portion of Parcel 16 paying the sum of 4,957.38 and the F.R. Lindell and Associates portion of Parcel 16 paying the stns of 273.50, and that the sum of 273.50 will be an assessment against Parcel 16 described on page 5 of 6 of said h.I.D. Segregation Certificate under the heading "New Descriptions", and that the sum of 4,957.38 will be an assessment against Parcel 16 described on page 4 of 6 of said L.I.D. Segregation Certificate under the heading "New Description NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: That the City Treasurer of the City of Tukwila be and she is hereby directed to make the segregation contained in the L.I.D. Segregation Certificate consisting of three pages prepared by Steven M. Hall, dated March 17, 1976, said segregation to be entered upon the original assessment rolls.
