WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 530
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO NEGOTIATE FOR, AND ACQUIRE,
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR PARK PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the current park plan for the City of Tuk-
wila provides for the acquisition of certain real properties,
and;
WHEREAS, the Park Board of the City of Tukwila has
recommended the acquisition of said properties described below,
and;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tukwila has
approved the acquisition of certain real property from funds in
the Land Acquisition Fund and the Forward Thrust Fund, and;
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila has received an appraisal
report dated February 23, 1976, from Ballaine Halliday;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Mayor is hereby
authorized to negotiate for, and purchase, within the appraised
values as shown in the appraisal report dated February 23, 1976,
by Ballaine Halliday, the following- described real property:
Parcel No. 1 John N. Cedarland Property.
Lots 1, 2, 3 and the North 14 feet of Lot
4, W. P. Bush 1/4 Acre Tracts to Tukwila.
Parcel No.. 2 Tri -State Construction, Inc.,
Property. Lots 13 through 16, W. P. Bush
1/4 Acre Tracts to Tukwila.
Parcel No. 3 Terrance Pellechia and Sharon
Hettich Property. Lots 4 through 8, EXCEPT
the North 14 feet of Lot 4, W. P. Bush 1/4
Acre Tracts to Tukwila.
Parcel No. 4 Terrance Pellechia and Sharon
Hettich Property. Lots 9 through 12, W. P.
Bush 1/4 Acre Tracts to Tukwila.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, at a regular meeting thereof this 19th day of April 1976
