RESOLUTION NO 531
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE TERMS OF THE LABOR CONTRACT
AGREEMENT NEGOTIATED WITH THE EMPLOYEES OF THE TEAMSTERS
LOCAL UNION NO. 763
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That the terms of the Labor Contract Agreement, three
copies of which are on file with the City Clerk, negotiated
with the employees of the Teamsters Local No. 763, covering
the period from January 1, 1976 through December 31, 1977,
are hereby approved and adopted by reference;
That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said agreement
on behalf of the City of Tukwila.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON
at a regular meeting thereof this 3rd day of May 1976
