ORDINANCE NO. 493 9
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING PROPERTY TO THE CITY
OF TUKWILA.
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila received an annexation petition for
certain property (described in exhibit A which is incorporated herein
by reference) and said property is adjacent and contiguous to the City
of Tukwila; and
WHEREAS, said petition was in proper form and conformed to the
requirements of the state annexation statute; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said annexation as required
by law; and
WHEREAS, a review board was waived as authorized by law.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tukwila do
ordain as follows:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Tukwila hereby determines
that said annexation petition should be granted and that the real property
described in exhibit A be and is hereby annexed to the City of Tukwila.
Section 2. The property annexed shall assume its pro rata share
of any existing city indebtedness.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify a copy of this ordinance
and the same shall be filed with the Board of King County Commissioners
as required by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA this day of

Beginning at the intersection of the center line of 51st Avenue

Three Tree Point Road in section 23, township 23 north, Range 4
East W.M., in Washington;
C .Thence. Northerly along said center line to the Westerly extension
CD of the Northerly margin of South 151st Street;
t'`I Thence Easterly along said extension and said margin to the Southerly
`Z extension of the center line of 53rd Avenue South, also being the
Westerly margin of the City Limits of the City of Tukwila by resolution
No. 23309;
Thence Southerly along said extension to the Northerly margin of
Renton Three Tree Point Road;
Thence Westerly along said margin to the point of heginning.
