RESOLUTION NO. 538
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE CHRISTENSEN ROAD BIKE TRAIL
AND WALKWAY.
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila has a need for professional
engineering services in connection with the Christensen Road bike trail
and walkway.
WHEREAS, the engineering firm of Jones Associates submitted
on April 13, 1976 a proposal for surveying in conjunction with the Christensen
Road bike trail and walkway,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tukwila,
Washington, does resolve as follows:
The Mayor is authorized to execute an
agreement with the engineering firm of Jones Associates to
perform engineering services for the center line and topographical survey
of the Christensen Road bike trail and walkway pursuant to a
proposal submitted by Jones Associates on April 13, 1976.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof this 3rd day of May 1976
