RESOLUTION NO 539
WASHINGTON
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE TERMS OF THE
CONTRACT AGREEMENT NEGOTIATED WITH THE
EMPLOYEES REPRESENTED BY U.S.T.M.E.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That the terms of the contract agreement, three
copies of which are on file with the City Clerk, negotiated
represented by
with the employees A U.S.T.M.E., covering the period
from January 1, 1976 through December 31, 1976, are hereby
approved and adopted by reference;
That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
said agreement on behalf of the City of Tukwila.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON at a regular meeting thereof this 3rd day of May 1976
